2021 INTERVIEW

Can you tell us a little about yourself?

I studied at Uludag University, Department of Food Engineering. I worked in cosmetic production-ARGE for about 15 years. While working in production, I had the chance to learn about some treatment techniques and how to test natural products. While working in cosmetics, I was interested in raw materials and aromatic essential oils. I received NAHA approved HOLISTIC AROMATHERAPIST training from America. These are a technique used not only in the field of cosmetics, but also in the treatments we call holistic treatment. It has also started to come to the fore in Turkey. I started to go deeper into these trainings as I settled abroad and I was also interested. Being a mother gives a person a different strength and a love of learning. I think those who live abroad can understand me. Along with this need, Sujok Therapy All levels and Triorigin acupuncture, Lecher Antenna, bioresonance, Access Bars, Prana healing, functional nutrition, Aromaacupressure, Salts, Ayurvedas I also continued some trainings such as cancer applications.

How did you meet with Sujok therapy?

I was introduced to Sujok therapy because of my severe pain attacks. I received therapy from several therapists on the occasion of my chronic illness. My pain, which normally does not go away with any painkiller, was relieved during therapy at that moment. I used to go to the hospital for pain attacks every two days and get serum. I thought I was on the right track since you were able to relieve the pain. In 2014-2015, I attended the training of a Crimean doctor. We started Sujok therapy training there. Then I continued with the trainings of different countries. For the last two years, I have been sharing different posts from my Instagram account and I have been giving certified trainings within the international Sujok Association (ISA). Our non-certified workshops; There is a mini workshop where everyone can learn the methods they can use at home, who can have acute or short-term illnesses. In addition, we have trainings organized by ISA, which is certified for both healthcare professionals and to learn this in detail.

So what does this mean for you?

Sujok has been like love for me. During the recovery period, I was involved a lot. I hope everyone learns, as I have seen its effects too much. There are not many educators in Turkey. It is not a well-known treatment method due to the lack of Turkish resources, but it is a very easy technique to learn. It is a very fast-acting treatment method. It is really difficult to explain something that is not a Turkish source and is not well known! But I think we achieved this with our team. At the beginning, it seemed like a very different method to everyone, then as we saw the results, the number of our interested and follow-ups increased a lot.

What is the history of Sujok therapy?

Sujok therapy is a treatment method developed by a scientist named Professor PARK JAE WOO. It means hand and foot in Korean. We simply use the acupuncture points on the hands and feet to create a healing frequency at these points. Sujok therapy has two areas. One is the area where he does metaphysical healing, and the other is where we work with physical healing. At the first level we are working in physical healing. When we work with physical healing, we use seeds, magnets, magnets, such methods. We also use acupuncture needles and color therapy in metaphysical work. There is a wide range of treatment available. It includes many sub-branches. Just calling it acupuncture will narrow the field. A treatment system that even includes Sam Won Dong, which includes stretching exercises such as color therapy and wheel therapy. A treatment system that people can learn very easily. Professor Park started his education voluntarily. It has spread by giving free seminars in many countries. Its main story comes from Chinese medicine. It consists of a treatment system that starts with the theory of five elements and incorporates six energies.

Are there any side effects?

Especially in the section we call level 1, that is, in the section where we use seeds and sometimes we use color therapy, there are no side effects. It can be used safely from 7 to 70. If you are allergic to certain foods, such as garlic, while using seed therapy, then you should not use garlic in Sujok therapy. It proceeds within the framework of very simple rules. So it is very easy for everyone to learn. At the end of 3-4 days of training, everyone can quickly start practicing in many areas such as headache, fever, muscle spasms.

Do people with general illnesses benefit from this therapy?

No, you don't have to have a disease. There are some materials that we use in Sujok therapy. Like a Sujok ring. This ring is an apparatus on which we work on the meridians, which we call the micro acupuncture point in our hand, that reflect both the organ reflections and the meridians in our body, which are the reflections of the meridians in Chinese medicine. We use this ring by massaging all our fingers. It is a method that can be applied regularly every day. We are warning the acupuncture points on the yin on the inner surface of the hand, as well as both the spine points and the meridian points on the hand. By massaging these points, we create a healing frequency. You don't necessarily have to be sick for this. It is a method you can apply to stimulate blood circulation when you are feeling tired or to stay fit. Anyone can practice this for 5-10 minutes a day. For example, you can use the ring to increase concentration while working. We stimulate the brain points on our fingertips. There are certain points on the palm and the surface of the hand, which sometimes integrate with the chakra points, which we call the main energy points. At these points, we apply moxa treatment in chronic patients. However, when people who do not have the disease feel low energy at these points from time to time or feel low morally, we can work with massage, color therapy or moxa therapy at these points.

How does Sujok therapy connect our hand with the human body?

Sujok therapy also; our hand is a miniature version of a human body as a creation. When we take the thumb up, our fingers represent the arms and legs. In this silhouette we place every single point on our whole body. We are working within these points. Yin means hidden, hidden, bendable, dark in Chinese medicine. We can bend the inside of the hand, so it represents the inside of the hand. Yang means the outer, hard tissue that sees sunlight. This represents the upper part of the hand. This is how we use the palm and the upper part of the hand in Sujok therapy. Here we work on micro acupuncture points. We place the whole body in the hand, starting from the eye, nose, and thumb.

Working on hands in general?

In Sujok therapy, we work especially on the hands. The reason for this is that we apply pressure while walking with our feet during the day, usually the points on the hands are not stimulated too much. We used to use our hands more. In the past, our grandmothers were washing clothes and collecting fruit. There were too many contacts, frequencies could work. But now we just press the button of an electronic device. Only our fingertips work on the computer. Therefore, when we stimulate the points there, we send a healing frequency from the command center of our hand to the point where the disease frequency is formed in our body. This system is starting to work. We can use seeds while doing this.

How about with seeds?

This is how the principle works in seeds. It works on the principle of similarity as in similar holistic treatments. The principle of similarity provides energy exchange between equal energies in quantum. LAW OF ATTRACTION "Like attracts like" On the other hand, different things repel each other. In fact, the like becomes stronger with the like.

For example, there is a cold problem, we will work on the heart, lungs and nose. When we look at seeds, fruits and vegetables, when we open the inside of the rosehip, it is porous like the heart chambers. At the same time, it is good for the body because of the high vitamin C content of the fruit when it is cold. We use rosehip at the heart point. Black pepper in nasal congestion. Black pepper has a warming effect. It also increases blood circulation. There are seeds that we look at as function when choosing seeds. We also look at the physical similarity principle, that is, both functional and structural features. In physical resemblance, for example, if there is a problem with the ear, it is the fungus that resembles the structure of the ear. Mushrooms are preferred. Or because of the wrinkled structure of black pepper, the round seeds resemble the structure of the eye. If there is a sty in the eye, we use rice with both physical and functional similarity. While cooking the rice, the rice absorbs the water. There is also a liquid substance collected in the shallot. We have to pull it. By using the rice seed, we activate the healing energy at the SUJOK eye point.

You mentioned levels. How many levels are there?

Sujok therapy meridian, chakra and seed therapy part 4 levels. Apart from this, there are about 15-20 more topics. There are many topics that we call chakra system, Triojin, 8 element therapy. Levels take a long time when we get into these topics in depth.

Sujok therapy was born in Korea, but you work with India?

Professor Park has lived in Russia for many years. But many Indian trainers that Park teaches in India are very familiar with this system. They helped spread it. It has headquarters in Russia and India. The reason why I chose an Indian instructor on this path is because they are very educated in meridian and chakra and they have a lot of experience. Sujok therapy is highly preferred in Russia and India. Since it is not costly, anyone can learn and apply it easily. Professor Park has 25-30 written books. Turkish resources are very few in Turkey. There are some resources that I translated for workshops. This year, we started online training under ISA in Turkey. The trainings are given with a focus on Russia and India. We are working with a foreign trainer . Sujok therapy is a treatment system that Turkey is not accustomed to. I need to open the logic. One-to-one translation is not enough. I think we are making good progress on this.

Does Sujok therapy compare to classical acupuncture?

It is not a very different treatment from traditional acupuncture. The reason people don't know is that acupuncture is a method doctors can use to treat. As a mentality, we have adopted the following; The doctor applies acupuncture, I go to the doctor, I get my treatment and we don't think about the rest. When we come to Sujok therapy, we need to learn about the functioning of the organs in our body, recognize it, listen to it, find the point and perform the application. This was the part that was different and difficult for people. Because while we are talking about the subject, we need to know the location of a pancreas so that we can place it properly in the hand. Homeopathy is not a doctor-based treatment system anywhere in the world. You can become a homeopath by getting a 3-year training in homeopathic treatment in any country. You don't need to be a doctor or pharmacist to get it. But only doctors and pharmacists can get this system in Turkey. Treatment fees are also very high. You need to know some anatomy in holistic treatments. But in holistic treatments, for example, homeopathy takes care of the patient, while it looks at the patient as an individual. This Sujok also exists in therapy. We have a certain list of questions. For example, in homeopathy, "How do you lie in bed? Are your hands cold or warm?" There are such questions. These have nothing to do with the disease. It is connected with the character and energy of the person. In Sujok therapy, we ask questions to find out what energy the person is connected to in the theory of 6 energies or 5 elements, and in which energy did the disease occur, and we treat the disease on the basis of that energy. Even the energetic harmony between the patient and the client is important here.

We are all tired during the pandemic. Based on Sujok therapy, what would you suggest we do?

Emotionally, our emotions are influenced by hormones and the endocrine system. At the same time, the pituitary and brain meridians also influence emotions. The first step here is the ring massage. There is a ring massage that everyone can apply to stay fit both mentally and physically. The second step is emotional disturbances, linked to the heart and adrenal glands. The adrenal glands are the part that manages both our hormones and our emotions. There are brain points on the tips of all our fingers. We use our thumbs when we have a headache. Like concentration in brain-related problems.

While our body creates a 1% material field, 99% of us consists of an energetic field. While we are describing our feelings in Sujok therapy, the dust cloud caused by our negative emotions in and around our mind prevents us from reaching our consciousness. The hidden anger, jealousy, sadness, and grief within us form such a cloud that we cannot see far. We cannot reach our true essence, our source.

And these negative emotions accumulate, pushing us to be trapped only in matter.

Call it meditation , evolution , mysticism , or just love . Or forgive ... Whatever we call it , if it is good for us ....

The importance of positive thinking is revealed here...

When you work regularly by finding your true emotion in color therapy or meridian therapy that you do together with meditation, we gradually begin to disperse this cloud.

We heal together...

Consciousness, soul and body begin to progress in a harmonization ... neither 1 less nor 1 more...

There is no single way but there is always a way...

SMILES TO YOUR HEART ..Naya...

WHY IS SU-JOK THERAPY SO POPULAR?

Treatment with Sujok

Professor Park Jae Woo (Korea) studied all cultures (Indian, Chinese and Egyptian) in detail and prepared a short summary that can be applied practically to achieve successful results. He named this treatment therapy "SuJok".

"Water" means "Hand" and "Jok" means "Foot".

Treatment on the hands or feet practically yields high-grade physical and metaphysical results. Sujok therapy is based on speed of movement, simplicity, Rakey, Spiritual Healing, Yoga, Chiropractic etc. It has proven to be the best alternative medicine among all other therapeutic therapies. Accuracy, no side effects, cost of treatment and above all reasoned scientific confirmation.

Now, let's examine the methods of treatment - both physical and meta-physical, many of which are based on Professor Park's analysis.

Physical Therapy (Based on Sujok Therapy)

Along with many other physical therapy techniques, sujok therapy can be used quite effectively in the treatment of any problem.

For physical therapy, this part of sujok is called the "correspondence system" or "homo energy system of the body."

It includes various correspondence systems such as:

1) Standard correspondence system
2) 3– level / bug correspondence system
3) Mini correspondence system
4) Partial correspondence system

Through these correspondence systems, a therapist can treat any physical part/cell/tissue of our body in various ways.

These diagrams may seem simple, but conducting the treatment in this therapy requires combined effort on a physical, mental and spiritual level under the guidance of a good teacher qualified under the "International Sujok Association" (by Prof. Park Jae Woo).

Sujok Therapy exists in nature and Prof. It has been parked. Hands and Feet have dual functions. Its first function is to work, and the other is to keep our body healthy.

While working, this correspondence system is automatically stimulated and diseases are treated. Science says that 95% of the problems in our body that may arise from this dual function of hands and feet designed by nature are treated by the body itself.

Other advantages:

1) Simple and easy to execute.
2) Drug Free
3) Quite effective
4) No side effects or after effects.
5) Capacity to provide immediate results in acute cases.
6) It treats meta-physical problems as well as physical.
7) Cost-effective.

IN APPLICATION:

Surface Applicators - Various surface applicators are used to prolong the stimulation effect at these correspondence points.

Surface Applicators -
1) It can be classified as natural surface applicators. for example, grains, seeds, plants or plant parts, stones, gemstones, herbal medicines, essential oils, etc.
2) Artificial surface applicators. for example magnets, elastic sujok ring, crystals, needles etc.
Selection of surface applicators can be made based on color, shape, size and medicinal properties.

The ISA (International Sujok association related trainings) course provides in-depth knowledge of practitioners.

Theme :

This healing spirit of nature was discovered by Professor Park.

It was created by the Creator Himself and therefore can never be wrong.

Miracles can happen with this treatment if done correctly.

So let's all learn to at least learn this "correspondence therapy" to treat ourselves and our family members to health.

Treatment of the disease with SuJok:

Treatment through these protocols requires bar magnets, color markings and, above all, common sense.
